Tucson to join the UNESCO Creative Cities Network!
Us Tucsonans are really moving up in the world these days as we were just recently named as the first UNESCO city of Gastronomy in the U.S.
Folks that’s a BIG DEAL!
We aren’t just on some esoteric list, in some small outpost magazine out in space… we are being recognized globally for our food scene!

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization selected Tucson as the first city in North America (along with Ensenada, Mexico) to earn a Worldwide City of Gastronomy designation Friday morning, says the organization’s website.
