Intake: Successful Intake Investigators at Zanes are patient, caring, present individuals who are able to connect with our callers, listen to their stories, and provide them with the help they need.

we currently seek bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Intake Investigator who can respond to a high volume of telephone calls with skill and effectiveness. The individual in this role is the first person a potential client may talk to regarding a personal injury and is an integral member of the client support team.The Intake Investigator interacts with potential clients at a stressful moment in their lives to inform them of selected services that the firm might offer and to gather information regarding the accident and injury. The individual selected for this position will work closely with Attorneys and Case Managers to open a case and ensure that all initial information necessary to provide assistance to the client is in the record.The successful candidate will be bi-lingual (Spanish/English), have 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role and be familiar with insurance claim processing. Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and a positive attitude are necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products customarily used in business is required.
