The AZ Family initially reported that one of the three people killed in an accident between a pickup truck and a fire truck on its way to a call had been a six-month-old infant. A story appearing on the Firehouse.com website, confirms that the baby was just 3-months- old when he and his parents were killed in the accident which happened on Sunday, April 7th when they collided with a Phoenix Fire Department fire engine.
The young family of three were taken to an area hospital treatment and later died as the result of their injuries.

The victims have been identified as Kenneth Collins, 20, Dariana Serrano 19, and their infant son, Kenneth Collins Jr, who was just three months old. Also injured in the crash were three firefighters who were on their way to a call. The fire truck collided with the pickup truck went off the roadway and overturned.
Eyewitnesses to the incident said that the larger emergency vehicle rolled three times before coming to rest.
Three members of the fire crew were transported to Banner University Medical Center to be treated for injuries that they sustained in the rollover crash. One firefighter was released shortly after being taken to the hospital, while the other two firefighters were kept overnight for observation.
It is not known whether speed played any role in the fatal crash. Authorities say that the accident still currently under investigation.
