Claudia Zanes is a powerhouse business strategist. While she has worked with businesses nationally, her most well-known work has been in Arizona, where she helped grow Zanes Law Injury Lawyers from a small firm in 2003 started with her husband, an attorney, into a multi-million-dollar legal powerhouse most recently listed on Inc5000 list in 2025 with 144% growth in the preceding three years.
While her husband Doug Zanes, an attorney, leads attorneys, paralegals and legal work itself, Claudia built and led nearly every operational function in the company, including financial management, strategic growth planning, marketing, staffing, leadership development, and systems execution. Her disciplined oversight of the firm’s finances and forward-thinking strategy laid the foundation for more than two decades of sustained growth.
Before joining Zanes Law, Claudia was a top-performing advertising and marketing executive who ranked in the top 1% of her industry peers. She left that career to help build the law firm with her husband, Doug, by running the business side of the practice so he could focus entirely on legal representation.
Claudia also founded the firm’s Teacher School Supply Giveaway, a charitable initiative that ran for over a decade, providing critical support in the classrooms to over 450 educators annually throughout Southern Arizona. In addition, she launched the annual charitable campaigns that gave away over $100,000 per year to causes that mattered in the community.
She also supports Doug in his role as Chairman of the Center for Leadership Ethics Advisory Board at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, as they advocate for ethical, community-focused leadership.

When she is not working, she is trying out new restaurants, traveling, going to music festivals and enjoying being an empty nester!
