Tucson, Ariz. (Jan. 28, 2014) – Zanes Law, a personal injury firm with offices in Tucson and Phoenix, announces that Cynthia Luois has joined its team as executive assistant to Claudia Zanes, Director of Business & Marketing (NonAttorney).
A cum laude graduate of the University of Arizona with degrees in gender studies and political science and a minor in Arabic, Luois is co-author of the Amazon.com best-seller “Defining Moments of Courage.” She has founded and managed firms in education, personal growth and publishing. She also has a background in arts management, conflict resolution and non-profits in southern California and Arizona. She was a legal assistant at Zanes Law from 2008-2010.
Luois’ new position is to act as the right hand and point of contact to Claudia Zanes, who manages all non-legal aspects of the business. In addition to largely assisting in opening two offices in Phoenix, Luois also works with the Zanes executive team to create new and innovative training material that centers on language and communications with clients and outside vendors. Luois is tasked with upholding the superior client, community and employee relations that Zanes Law is known for.

Luois’ background in personal growth and conflict resolution are excellent prerequisites for helping to inspire the Zanes Law team, keeping the workplace motivated, positive and producing what she calls “high impact” work. Team building and investment in employee satisfaction are high priorities for Claudia Zanes and Luois will spearhead programs to make the law office a pleasant community to work in.
