You should expect your paralegal to actually take the time to listen to you, quite honestly, and have a conversation with you about your case and explain your case to you and answer your questions for you, and if they’re not able to do it then it’s a conversation you need to have with your attorney.

You should expect your paralegal to get that set up and make it happen whether it’s a phone conference or an in-person meeting.
