Resources? We Got’em!
At Zanes we pride ourselves in truly taking care of anyone that walks through our doors or calls us on the phone.
The last thing we want to say is “oh I’m sorry but we can’t help you.”
The team here at Zanes spends a lot of time creating and executing on ideas that can add the most value to our clients and it doesn’t involve being nice…
THAT’S A GIVEN!
Instead we focus on the resources that can immediately start helping clients in dire situations due to their cases – be it a car crash, a slip and fall or even a dog bite.
Over the years we have seen these situations (and more) turn our clients’ lives (and their loved ones’ lives) upside down.
We refuse to leave it at “I’m sorry… I understand”…
Let’s be honest for a second – we DON’T always understand – the pain, the chaos, the bills, the confusion…
What we do understand is how to give empathy and compassion and a CLEARER way to receive help even if we cannot directly provide the service…
That’s why the Zanes team created a resource book covering almost every area of a client’s life where they may need assistance – from bill assistance, to mortgage assistance, to food assistance.
We have you covered. ..
So covered in fact… we created the book so you that we can help you with whatever it may be!
If you call us and need a resource book, we can mail it or email it to you depending on your preference…And if you are in person at one of our headquarters, we are sure to provide you one.
We here at Zanes created this resource book so our clients didn’t have to…
Here’s what we DO understand – we understand that you were just in an auto accident and your whole life just got shaken up (and not in a good way)…
We understand that you have a lot of responsibilities outside of this accident and important people like your family still need your time, love and attention….
We understand that you might not have the time to look for all the resources you need including addresses and phone numbers to the right ones…
And we understand that we are your number one resource in this difficult process…
That’s why we have you covered with more.
