Zanes Law and the American Heart Association
We’re excited to participate in the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk this year!
We always try to promote a healthy lifestyle throughout our office. In fact, we have an onsite gym for the staff to use and have a health and wellness program that pays employees $25 a month if they fill out their wellness log!
This heart walk allows the team to get outdoors with our families and get active. Sitting all day behind a computer screen isn’t good for anyone, therefore, spending a morning getting some fresh air and movement is always a benefit.
There are a ton of free resources on the American Heart Associations website if you’re interested in learning more about living a healthier lifestyle!
Join us and jump start your heart healthy lifestyle!

About the American Heart Association (courtesy of their website):
The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. Founded by six cardiologists in 1924, our organization now includes more than 22.5 million volunteers and supporters. We fund innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide critical tools and information to save and improve lives. Our nationwide organization includes 156 local offices and more than 3,000 employees. We moved our national headquarters from New York to Dallas in 1975 to be more centrally located. The American Stroke Association was created as a division in 1997 to bring together the organization’s stroke-related activities.
