Employee Appreciation Day!

You don’t hire for skills, you hire for attitude. You can always teach skills. -Simon Sinek
In most businesses, the focus is often on the client, customer or guest and the larger business as a whole.
In fact, at Zanes Law we ask this question nearly every day:
“How can we add the most value to our clients?”
And every day we strive to put driving action behind that question by implementing innovative and lasting procedures that serve our clients in the utmost way.
How do we do all of this?
With our amazing Z-TEAM of course!
Our team is full of passionate, compassionate, and driven individuals.
Awesome team = happy, happy happy clients, customers and guests.
Seems so simple right?
The equation benefits everyone and at Zanes Law we truly believe that our employees shape everything that happens here. Our employees’ commitment, kindness and genuine joy in helping our clients get their lives back together after an auto accident is the VERY reason of today’s post!
Today, March 6th is national Employee Appreciation Day and we are celebrating our outstanding team.
Today we honor our team who always has a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, co-workers, and clients, and more importantly, serves as a role model for each other and the community. They have a willingness to exercise servant-leadership and take initiative.
As Simon Sinek puts it, “There are only two ways to influence human behavior: you can manipulate it or you can inspire it.”
At Zanes, we go with inspiration 🙂
